  7. Return and Refund Policy: Returns and refunds are only applicable in cases of incorrect items sent by Chanté. Products must be in original condition, with tags attached, and must not be worn, washed, or altered. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After the returned item is received and inspected, Chanté will provide either a replacement product or a refund in accordance with the applicable policy. Refund processing takes approximately 7 business days. Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be processed.
