Job Description:

• Oversee and manage all offline stores operations and processes. 
• Ensure that stores meet sales targets, operational standards, and customer service goals.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with external stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor and manage stock levels across all stores to ensure optimal inventory.
• Be involved in the recruitment process for a new store manager.
• Provide comprehensive training and direction for new store manager on company’s policies and operational guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (S1)
• Experienced as Retail Manager or Area Manager for a minimum of 3 years
• Prior experience in the fashion retail industry is highly preferred
• Proficient in Ms. Office and Google Workspace
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, particularly in a multi-store or regional capacity.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Kemampuan berbicara yang baik dan memiliki daya tarik di depan kamera.
• Kreatif dan mampu menghasilkan konten yang menarik dan menghibur.
• Keterampilan dalam membangun interaksi dengan audiens.
• Keterampilan teknis dasar dalam mengoperasikan peralatan streaming.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:

• Membuat pola dasar
• Bekerja sama dengan Fashion Designer dalam proses pembuatan sample dan pola
• Mengukur, memotong, dan merancang pola dalam bahan yang dibutuhkan
• Menjahit jika dibutuhkan

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal SLTA/Sederajat
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Berpengalaman membuat pola untuk pakaian wanita
• Jujur, bertanggungjawab, ulet dan pekerja keras

Job Description:

• Allocate new and replenishment stock to stores based on sales performance and inventory levels.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales input
• Monitor stock levels across all locations and suggest transfers or reorders as needed.
• Translate demand into actionable supply plans, ensuring timely availability of inventory while minimizing overstock and markdown risk.
• Work with store managers and warehouse teams to fulfill store's inventory needs, balance inventory across locations, and optimize full-price sell-through.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in maintaining accurate product and inventory data in internal systems
• Ensures that the physical inventory at the store matches the inventory recorded in the central system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position; experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
• Experience with OMS or similar software is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
