QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum degree required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Have 2 year(s) of working experience, specifically in retail or fashion industry
• Familiar with complete accounting cycle, starting from daily operational journal
  entries, financial closing procedures, financial reporting and analysis;
• Familiar with Accurate. Other accounting software is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Office package
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill;
• Able to work in deadline pressure;
• Good attention to details:
• Able to work in multi-tasking and challenging environment;

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions including invoices, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the preparation of budgets.
• Ensure all documents are archived properly and completely.
• Maintain and update inventory and accounting records in the system.
• Conduct and monitor stock opname (inventory checks) regularly, reconcile
  discrepancies between physical stock and system data, and report findings

Job Description:

• Allocate new and replenishment stock to stores based on sales performance and inventory levels.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales input
• Monitor stock levels across all locations and suggest transfers or reorders as needed.
• Translate demand into actionable supply plans, ensuring timely availability of inventory while minimizing overstock and markdown risk.
• Work with store managers and warehouse teams to fulfill store's inventory needs, balance inventory across locations, and optimize full-price sell-through.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in maintaining accurate product and inventory data in internal systems
• Ensures that the physical inventory at the store matches the inventory recorded in the central system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position; experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
• Experience with OMS or similar software is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

• Pernah menjadi PG fashion merupakan nilai plus

Penempatan: Metro Margo City (Depok), Metro Ciputra World (Surabaya)

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Having internship experience in the Accounting field is a plus
• Willing to WFO (Monday - Friday) in Kemang, South Jakarta
• Proficient computer skills, especially Ms. Office and Ms. Excel
• Able to commit a minimum of 3 months
• Able to join ASAP
