At Chanté, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be slightly longer during peak periods or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination and courier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Outside major cities: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on logistics conditions.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Customers can monitor shipment status through the courier service or their account page.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the delivery location and courier selection at checkout.

International Shipping
Currently, international shipping availability may vary. Additional customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.



B. Return and Refund Policy

Chanté only accepts returns and refunds under specific conditions to maintain product quality and service standards.

Eligibility for Return/Refund
Return or refund requests are only accepted in the case of incorrect items sent by Chanté.
Products must meet the following conditions:

  • Original tag/label is attached
  • Product has not been washed, worn, or altered in scent or condition

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Contact customer service for return approval
  2. Ship the product to Chanté’s address (address will be provided after approval)
  3. Shipping cost for returns is borne by the customer (COD is not accepted)
  4. Include order number and purchase platform on the package (example: #1234 – Website chante.id)
  5. Submit the shipping receipt (resi) to the admin

Inspection Process
After the product is received, Chanté will conduct a quality inspection to verify eligibility.

Resolution Options
If the return is approved:

  • A replacement product will be sent, or
  • A refund will be issued

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within approximately 7 business days after the inspection is completed.

Important Notes

  • Returns or refunds are only processed if all requirements are fulfilled
  • Manual return/refund requests outside these terms will not be accepted
