To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you want, choose your size, and add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

Chanté accepts various payment methods, including major credit cards, dan debit cards.

Syarat & Ketentuan Retur / Refund

• Retur hanya dapat dilakukan apabila terdapat kesalahan pengiriman dari pihak Chanté
• Tag/label lengkap, produk belum dicuci, digunakan, atau berubah bau
• Produk dikirim ke alamat Chanté (alamat dikirim setelah persetujuan), ongkir ditanggung pembeli (tidak menerima COD)
• Cantumkan No. pesanan & platform pembelian pada paket (contoh: #1234 – Website chante.id)
• Konfirmasi resi pengiriman ke admin
• Setelah barang diterima, admin akan melakukan pengecekan
• Produk pengganti akan dikirim kembali (ongkir ditanggung Chanté) atau dilakukan pengembalian dana
• Proses refund ±7 hari kerja
