Syarat & Ketentuan Retur / Refund

  • Retur hanya dapat dilakukan apabila terdapat kesalahan pengiriman dari pihak Chanté
  • Tag/label lengkap, produk belum dicuci, digunakan, atau berubah bau
  • Produk dikirim ke alamat Chanté (alamat dikirim setelah persetujuan), ongkir ditanggung pembeli (tidak menerima COD)
  • Cantumkan No. pesanan & platform pembelian pada paket (contoh: #1234 – Website chante.id)
  • Konfirmasi resi pengiriman ke admin
  • Setelah barang diterima, admin akan melakukan pengecekan
  • Produk pengganti akan dikirim kembali (ongkir ditanggung Chanté) atau dilakukan pengembalian dana
  • Proses refund ±7 hari kerja
